EWS Bill was Passed on 12 January 2019, and this Sub category is Effective from 2019. It was Started by President of India. Gujarat was First State who Passed the Bill of EWS on 14..1.2019. Under EWS Sub-Category, General Category Students get Special 10% of Reservation. It Does not include ST SC & OBC Categories. It also Not Considered as Caste Certificate but Income Certificate.
